Stretching with Poppy

Help to loosen up tight chests and hip flexors and learn to improve hunched postures through the use of stretching and movement.
After the session you will be able to have a short and relaxing shoulder and neck massage courtesy of Philip Weir. Massage is a great way to alleviate aches and pains, aiding recovery and reducing the risk of injury. Massage can also help to improve movement and help to reduce stress and increase relaxation throughout the body.
Philip holds a Level 3 Sport and Remedial Massage therapy qualification and is looking forward to joining his partner Poppy, to bring his skills to use.
