Talk and Q&A Workshop with Nicola Chester

Nicola is an author, Guardian Country Diarist, an RSPB and Newbury Weekly News Nature columnist and a lifelong campaigner for nature. She is also the School Librarian at John O'Gaunt School, and their student Eco Club Lead. Her memoir, On Gallows Down, focusses on the themes of 'Place, Protest and Belonging', wherever you are 'from.' She will talk about how she resists the loss of wildlife and galvanises others to find joy and connection in nature.

Q&A sharing session to follow, on what we can all do to stand up for nature.

Doors open at 7pm. The talk starts at 7:30pm
